    Yes Quicktrade I read your post and agree with you. PEM now trading at a 14% discount to CBH. This is probably the risk premium that the deal does not proceed. If it goes ahead then I would rather buy PEM that CBH right now, although I see both stocks edging lower before the deal is finalised.
