Even if it is not true about QGC, then there will be others that want in. If ICN can't get the right terms they may go it alone which would mean a combo of debt and equity funding to pay for the hundreds of development wells that would be required for the giant field that this would be. ICN may still have the rig building option in progress which would be a huge natural advantage but their communications are so poor you would never know.Anyway, whatever way you look at it there is some severe upside potential that is not yet being openly discussed.
