Ya, Thanks for your input. It's highly valued around here.
The Aus economy is doing fine compared to those creating the crisis in worldwide markets. It's in the nature of the beast that some capitulate in fear of the grizzly bear. That said I don't see a mass exodus here just a few who have caved in. One thing for sure is that the world is going to be using a lot of energy to work it's way out of this mess.
"Time to hold & be patient" is very good advice imo too.
If only I had some spare cash:)...
