    Hey Bear and Ralph,

I agree with your points on the whole. I certainly have understood the chip market more than I thought I would. Sad part is that we are more than twelve months from getting out of the hole the world is in. Talk of the angstrom process won't help us though.

With regards to the NDA's, I don't see why formal updated progress can't be reported to the market. That to me has nothing to do with the NDA's. Take a look at the regular updates and flyovers RED 5 do for their shareholders:

I don't see how this sort of thing couldn't be done with the line. It would certainly keep me interested in the company.

In regards to the line being funded, I am across that. What concerns me is that we only had$15M in the bank and a -ve cash flow prior to this construction. How much has been burnt, what rate of burn has occurred during this period and at what point will we have enough delivered and paid for orders to prevent us from running out of money?

I am in this for the long run, I see long term opportunities. I talk to my engineering brother who designs mining equipment and parts for vintage cars and race cars from scratch as well as running trucks. I have had many a conversation about wheel design. I still enjoy the look on his face when I ask him questions about wheels that show I sort of have 1% on knowledge on the subject.

Sometimes however, the person who built the company is not the best one to run it. He can sit on the board, run development and remain a major shareholder. That way he can make even more money faster with the right personnel in the top position or on the board.

Many years ago when Lloyd Williams was building the casino in Melbourne he started treating the project like a family owned company and forgot his share holders. He did things (from my memory) like change over all the door knobs because apparently he didn't like the look of them weeks out from the opening at a massive cash flow drain. The company was saved by Packer and I am happy to say I benefited by the move. Currently I am getting the same feeling from our brilliant leader but am getting increasingly concerned at the lack of regular updates that would both halt the slide and probably boost our profile. It might also make the management team look like they are able to execute the vision.

So again, I agree with both your thoughts above and am enjoying the ride but the wheels feel rather bumpy at the moment.
