Hi and even when it initially floated the investigating accountants expressed concern about it be considered a going concern unless it floated As for moving it offshore then I doubt if it could have got the government and council grants not the ongoing shareholder support They should have had a much more mature production process prior to the float but to some extent their hands were pretty much tired
Where to from here well yes the megaline will be built and hopefully it will meet its production targets but that at this stage is still a what if and hopefully it will secure new and additional OEM product lines and probably it wont go broke but certainly any share price growth will be stunted and with all of their optimistic projections they have not taken into account the impact of increased energy costs nor inflationary pressures on their costs or market demand Love the products but the business model with the aussie production costs make it a marginally viable business but like all such business the people who make the money are often the management who milk it with high salaries and very favourable share options and directors fees and personal perks
