    My comments.

    I did`nt see CXY as a CC participant. Why ?. The emissions are way below any other coal power generation facilities ( Nat Gas included ).

    Can anyone possibly convince me other-wise ? ( barring draconian political interference )

    Please don`t include solar / wind / nuclear / etc.... Just trying to be realistic...
