Thanks for the response from Chris Cairns - a top geologist. He was only a young fellow when I first met him doing work for Tony Woodhill on a GML that I owned at Mt Pleasant - extensions of which under soil cover became the Golden Kilometre !!
I was dismayed too at the suggestion of potential refractory sulphides -which is why I questioned the post that seemed so sure of the facts. I did not believe the suggestion posted -it was highly unlikely in my mind that the fresh rock hits were in refractory ore -so very relieved that has been addressed and laid to rest.
