I agree to a point, the company is lacking in its commercial endavours. Not sure regarding ownership in house or contractors, but delivery is pure logistic, but in store presentation is joint task between marketing and commercial activities.
Basic business 101, I am doing an campaign without the store promo display its only half the job. Generally reflecting managers in a comfort zone. Not good!! in fast consumer goods with tight and heavy competition .
Ccl needs to be smart . We are clever but that edge comes from smartness , and they have to develop that.
