Obviously you have reading problems. Where did I CLAIM that the notarisation has been granted?
My exact words on a post on this thread were.....
"The DMR and Minister is finally on the verge of granting a Mining Licence to NKP."
The process is incomplete otherwise Genorah, NKP ,Zijin among others would be sharing such news with the investment community. Plus the remaining $13m would have been released.
The Mining Licence is imminent BUT not issued as yet. DMR executives are still on vacation. That's the reason for the delay. Until its issued there will be no rerating in my opinion. Most likely the reason why the sp has not moved forward as yet.
