Among a myriad of reasons! Corruption, I believe they may have that mastered. Their institutions are in complete shambles excepting the bot factories. The healthcare system is beyond broken. Their hospitals are literally death machines. As in, I'm going to the hospital to DIE!
Corporate espionage? It boggles the mind to think that Benitec has the acumen to conduct a trial in Russia. They had a hard enough time navigating the culture of Duke's Clinical Research Institute!
