1.why would they raise capital at 10c when sp is sitting in mid 20s? 2. why not negotiate better deal (I.e. 20% discount for example) for the company and all shareholders, based on " immediate potential" 3. why releasing quarterly at 7:20pm on the 31st! 4. why releasing cap raise ann at 9:52 am the following day without giving people digest the news? 5. why not try to raise cap when sp is at 40-50s? to set the baseline and get more cash in? 6. lots of questions and time will tell...,
