very very true... in the name of acquisitions, the management pays the acquired company at least 100% more than the intrinsic value... we are very lucky to have gained something at way below face value... now it all comes down to managing the costs and upselling to these same customers... retain them and keep counting the few million $ a year... a no-brainer of sorts !
