    CEO Update

As 2023 draws to a close, it marks the end of another busy yet highly productive year for Change. The business has continued to rapidly evolve as we execute on our strategy of being a leading payments solution provider through simple, flexible and fast to market technology.

During the year we successfully completed all technical and licensing requirements to enable prepaid and debit card issuing in our core target markets of Australia, New Zealand and the US. Notably, the completion of domestic EFTPOS connectivity in New Zealand has enabled our clients to commence transitioning cardholders to Change – this transition is now well underway and we have started to generate revenue as transactions are processed through Vertexon.

The ‘go-live’ and subsequent transition of our New Zealand client cardholders marks a major de-risking for the Company and provides strong ‘reference-ability’ in market. We are currently onboarding our already signed clients in Australia and the US and expect to have these clients live and transacting in Q3 FY24 – we will then have card issuing clients live and transacting in our three core target markets.

We have also commenced planning for the PaySim modernisation project – this project is aimed at improving the User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) of the product as we look to drive future growth.

As we look forward to the new year and H2 FY24, we are focussed on driving revenue growth through our existing client base, our signed Vertexon PaaS clients either launching or continuing to migrate cardholders, and securing new clients.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best for the Festive Season and I hope you have a very happy and prosperous new year. Thank you for your ongoing support and I look forward to updating you on the Company’s achievements throughout the remainder of FY24.

    Best regards

    Tony

    Customer Spotlight - HealthNow

As recently announced,HealthNowis one of our newest clients in New Zealand. The imminent launch of their card program on our Vertexon platform, will see HealthNow become Change's first prepaid card program client in New Zealand.

    Who are HealthNow?
HealthNow was born from the realisation that the prohibitive cost of healthcare stands as the primary barrier to individuals seeking and utilising the healthcare they need. With this in mind, HealthNow set forth on a mission to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for everyone.

Traditional company-provided health benefits often come with limitations or restrictions and high friction in their delivery to employees. However the innovative HealthNow program offers an easily accessible payment card, loaded by the employer with a set contribution of funds. Employers can selectively authorise approved healthcare categories, empowering employees to access the services they need, visit trusted providers and pay as easily as they would for groceries. This means employees are seeking the healthcare they need, when they need it which reduces absenteeism, improves retention and employee engagement.

    What's next for HealthNow?
Having established themselves in New Zealand, HealthNow are already working on their expansion plans into Australia and the United States.
