I find this whole thread as somewhat amusing. Here we are supposedly talking about the benefits of a company (which I partly own), making decisions to prosper, so that my investment can grow. For someone who has zero interest in CCA, making comment about the packaging they use is laughable.
However for what it's worth, the "easy crush" bottle is a significant innovation and deserves accolades. I personally like it for all the right reasons including the fact it feels like a bag of water. But yes it comes at some cost environmentally just like every single consumer product on the planet, which I hasten to add, is driven by a market. We only pretend to be interested with the environment and successive governments are most certainly the worst offenders (a lot more to be said here but it's the wrong forum).
Meanwhile let's hope CCA comes up with some rippers this coming year so we can look toward $15 again.
