I am not entirely sure on this, is it a positive or negative NEWS ? Therefore, as a first step I quickly went back and checked their Cash position on annual report and it seems to me sufficient cash USD $2.9m. This should be sufficient for operational activities.

Then I thought, this may be CBKC is exercising their rights to invest further as per their disclosure during last CR. Alternatively, they could be in some sort of partnership where partner wants to be strategic investor.

If something is along the above then we are good and this can be new trading darling !! (I am too optimistic isn't it ? : ))

However, if something is not along the lines as per below, I would be worried.

Any thoughts from any of you ?
