The sp should not have even moved then.
It was never factored in so if the market made sense it should not have budged.
Just sell botswana for what ever it's worth and then there will be no need for 10 million to raised.

Directors duty of care is to look after holders and the guide the company in the right direction!
Surely they have broken some rules since 2010 and should be fined or sued by holders???.
