We own the company doing the deals.

This avoids transfering funds from South Africa to Australia.

It could well read that CCC didn't want to move money from our South African Subsidiary CCL in to Australia.
Borrow money from another company such as RRS who have funds in Australia and then pay them back.

The cash could have been loaned anytime from 1 July 2011 to 31 December 2011 but a certain poster gets more coverage saying December 2011.

Does anyone think our BBBEE partner SIOC-cdt would like it if we took money from CCL, which they own 26% of, to fund our business development costs outside of Africa, to which they'll see a 0% return?
