Mr Mike Kilbride as independent Non- Executive chairman. he was chairman of EXXORO'S coal business 2001-2008 output expanded from 17mtpa to 47mtpa. also chairman of sishen iron ore company 2001-2006 expansion from 32mtp to over 43mtp.
