I wrote to ASX compliance pty ltd to enquire as to if they were investigating Pla.As i considered their lack of debt disclosure to be fraud. their reply came back this afternoon .

Thank you for your complaint form dated 15 October 2012 regarding the Company’s disclosure of its debt
position.
In order for ASX to take this matter further, we will need some more information from you.
Would you please send us the following information, either by email to [email protected] or by post to the
postal address noted above and marked to my attention:
? Any information, including any documents and other materials in your possession, which shows that the
Company “failed to disclose their debt and mis led shareholders just prior to them ceasing trading” as per
your complaint.
Once we have this information, we will review the issues you have raised and the materials you have provided to
determine whether there may have been a breach of our Listing Rules that warrants further action by ASX. We
will write to you again to let you know the outcome of that review.
