    Cheap shares sold/given to friends ?

    Mates on the payroll that do what exactly ?

    What about inter company loans with 3x the normal interest rate and >10% fee's for arranging such.

    What ever happened to that polish coal broker... you know the one buying the better quality coal, off the books?
