I believe a deal for a Columbian coking coal project is very close.

In the report for the quarter ending 30th September the company said:

    "OTHER PROJECTS
During the Quarter the Company continued its review of advanced and producing thermal and coking coal assets in Southern Africa and Columbia. In addition several early stage exploration opportunities were reviewed. No firm decisions or commitments by the Company have been made on these opportunities."

Now almost 5 months later we get a write up on the Dow Jones Newswire service about the company's apparently very strong interest in Columbia, WHY? Why now? What has changed for a story like this to hit the airwaves?... "Continental Coal Ltd. (CCC.AU) plans to replicate the success it has had developing producing thermal coal mines in South Africa with a push this year into Columbia and coking coal, Executive Director Jason Brewer said."

Why not write a story about the potential of the DWK project and potential deals with neighbouring mines or Penumbra about to produce it's first coal. No the story is about a potential deal in Columbia that was only given a fleeting mention in a report last year.

To me this suggests that a deal has legs and is probably close to being finalised.
