ccc not bending over for the con note holders

From what I can gather something must have happened between Conti and the potential convertable note holders for Conti to be contemplating raising cash via equity.
The way I see it is that the potential convertable note holders are trying to put the squeeze on Conti right at the last minute. Maybe wanting in at a lower price or some more of a sweetener such as some free attaching options.
Conti by the looks of it are standing there ground and are happy to proceed with the Convertable note issue as has already been determined some months ago.
By going to market and seeing what sort of interest there is in the market Conti may just be in a position now to go back to the potential Convertable note holders and say to them that its our way or the highway.
Conti just are'nt going to bend over for the Convertable note holders by the looks of it.
