As a SI who was offered shares in the last placement through MPW, I can confirm that MPW are not offering them this time around.

My take on this is that if a SP is happening then they are not having to cast the net too wide, and would likely be as close to certain as possible possible about a positive outcome. Maybe even investigating the cost of underwriting.
befor they give the Cnote applicants one last phone call.
