At one for ten we currently have about 50c.
CR to pay off Mashala requires about another $30M.
So we'd end up with about another 60M shares on 300M after such a consolidation.
Not something I really want to see but it MIGHT explain the current sp performance.
It may even turn out to be more if they went for the balance of DeWitt finance too.
