Batcher fully agree. I was hoping to pick up another million shares before the weekend was out but the VanMag Sale bet me to it.
After the announcement I would see another one very shortly after this one telling us about the new JV or buyout possible buyout?
Putting a trading halt is a good idea as the stock has been slipping a few points each day for weeks now and I would say that management wouldn't want to go much further down as in discussion with 19.9% shareholder its in there best interest to keep the price up as more money in the bank on the placement.
We could be in for good things here as management accepting 10 cents per share for payment of salaries is a big vote of confidence in my book.
