Interesting then the buyers seem to be stepping up at 18c Inside.If the market got a sniff of something MORE it didnt like surely the sp would be heading to newer lows.

70M market cap is ballpark imo for a spec producer(in marginal profit) in such a negative market.

As far as truth goes,cant say I have been in any spec company that hasnt stretched the truth or timelines at some stage or another.I just expect it from these companies.As they get bigger they SHOULD get more professional in this regard.But then we have the likes of Orica and their lack of due diligence on sop's.

I dont know about you but I see

* SIOC as a formality given the comments from management and Connie Molusi.

* ABSA similar in that they have already anncd the facility is available.Just legals/docs to go through.

* Vanmag-I'll leave that one,thats PL's:-)

* Mashala- another formality apart from getting the Mashala shareholding stuff sorted.But yes these will give the market a little more security in the knowledge they are done/dusted.

Will they be sorted by years end?

Quite a few companies that take the Xmas season opportunity to finalise such stuff heading into the traditional spec cycle high through Jan/Feb.Cant say Im really fussed though as Id like to see this stuff FULLY signed-off on rather than have annmnts that give half hearted info.But then Im a patient little soul:-)
