ccc take overs

Any ideas on why CCC would not have told us about the takeovers sooner rather than later?

If they were no good, they should have knocked them back or told us they were no good and let them come back with another offer.

But weeks have gone by and they are still holding back the price sensitive info.
Now what would the possitive reasons be for this.

Either waiting for Mashala buy out or just wanting holders to hang in for the next suprise.
