    b) we have been the victim of a reverse Whitehaven scam by PL and JB

    c) they are waiting to bundle quarterly / vanmag / asset sales to deliver the greatest announcement in their history

    d) due diligence from the Indian company has revealed they are not a going concern

    e) the office has gone to Bermuda and not returning calls
