It still needs confirmation. We need higher volume with higher close next week or the week after. Once that happens, I think we will break the resistance at 27.5-28c. Always look at the chart. The chart tells you the real fundamental of the company. Looking at fundamentals only will only put you into wrong place every time.
If the price goes up, people will always LOOK for a reason. The result is they will say it's because penumbra is advancing well, production is going well etc. If the price goes down, the reason is because of delay in this and that.
