    This reminds of something written by a stock commentator many uears ago: How to intepret share analyst recommendations:

    Strong Sell means Sell
    Sell means Sell
    Hold means Sell
    Buy means Sell
    Strong Buy means Consider Buying.

    Anyway more seriously, Aussiebulls, which is an automated recommentation system bought in a couple of weeks ago at 24 and is recommending Holding.

    These systems can change their opinions far faster than you can impliment their previous recommendation.
