I choose the options for leverage because I have a belief in the CCC SP in the long term
Consider the two situations:
$1000 worth of CCCO @ 4.7c = 21276 CCCO
$1000 worth of CCC @ 7.1c = 14084 CCC
Let's say CCC gets to 15c and CCCO gap goes even cheaper to its minimum of 10c
CCCO: 21276 * 0.1 = $2127
CCC: 14084 * 0.15 = $2122
So at 15c and 10c, CCCO is already ahead
How about even later, when CCC is 30c and CCCO is 25c?
CCCO: 21276 * 0.25 = $5319
CCC: 14084 * 0.3 = $4225
That is why I believe people are still happy to buy CCCO if they are in it for the long haul
