Even if you think the gap is going to close quite quickly, if you have CCC @ 8c, and CCCO @ 5.2c, then the new numbers are:

CCCO $1106
CCC $1126


for CCC @ 7.6c and CCCO @ 4.8 we have:

CCCO $1021
CCC $1070

CCCO will be equal to CCC at 8.3c to CCCO at 5.5c ($1170) (on 2.2c premium)

Moral of the story: you'll need to act fast if the price jumps rapidly for the temporary switch to CCC to be worth it
