the ratio of production CEY:CCC = 0.133
the ratio of market caps (using CEY takeover price) CEY:CCC = 0.071
so if all other things, including operational profit per tonne were equal, and the price of thermal coal was the same as it was 2-3 months ago, then the the above ratios would suggest a share price of around 1.87 times what it is now,
which is just over 13c
