I think its a disgrace. the internal dealing that is going on between OKAP and "their " companies should not be allowed to happen, but my gut feel is that you would do better bringing it to the attention of the media rather than ASIC. one only has to look at that termite Eddy Groves and how he got away with the crap at ABC learning to realise how useless ASIC is. Maybe a few words to Steven Mayne, who is a well know shareholder activist who runs Crikey.com? im not a holder myself but have seen similar crap going on with KAB, I would never go near anything associated with OKAP , Landau or Brewer again.
