You are quite right in your observations about directors buying behaviour on the 5th of November 2004.
The CCC transcripts show that a PMA director not only had recieved the confidential commitee report, but was able to influence its findings.
The first time the public knew about the results of the enquiry was around the 11th of November 2004.
This behaviour destroys investor confidence and has also damaged the reputation of the State. I hope Xstrata take them to the cleaners.
