Options often sell at a premium because of the extra leverage they offer
Ie if your hopeful CCC gets to 20 cents
that would offer approx 120% gain to heads
whereas at s.p= 20cps... options should be worth 15 cents (without premium) representing closer to 200% gain
Sorry the figures are a little rough but it shows why theres sometimes a premium attached
