    Gravelman,

One part of your question doesn't appear to have been answered by anyone yet "and what do people really think is holding this Freight train back right now??'

GM you have to consider a lot of things as this question is broader than you think and perhaps many of us have been way too impatient with CCC.

Ocap ventures the mother company in WA was more of an investment company until becoming an active player with CCC limited in exploration and mining. Peter Landau as most are well aware has other exploration and mining interests too.

Their directors have a broad spectrum of experience from accountancy, investment, management and mining and now with much imput from staff involved with BHP and Mashala for many years.

Mr Peter Landau - Executive Director
Mr Andrew Macaulay - Executive Chairman
Mr Bruce Buthelezi - Executive Director
Mr Don Turvey - Chief Executive Officer
Mr Manuel Lamboley - Non Executive Director
Mr Jason Brewer - Non Executive Director
Mr Anthony Eastman - Joint Company Secretary
Ms Jane Flegg - Joint Company Secretary

CCC from everything it is doing should have a much higher SP IMHO. However, finance as always with a growing junior soon to become mid tier is required. This is most commonly acquired by a new SPP that is offerred to shareholders and institutional groups via a prospectus outlining future projects that will increase the companies net worth over a period in the future. Investors that see the potential buy the new shares allocated.

During this period until the future increase in value via exploration finds, mining production, improved infrastucture and so on occur the company becomes initially heavily diluted depending on the size of the SPP.

As institutional and/or large investment groups buy at an extremely reduced rate over the existing SP there is a lot of profit to be made by trading the shares until the new projects come to fruition.

I personally believe by CCC's massive achievements and careful management over the past three or four months (including mines and projects in production, Penumbra, Vlakplaats, Dewitt and so much more...in particular Mashala, Botswana and now Kenya) that the SP will now rise as it should and by the half yearly the appreciated MC(market cap) will indeed show.

With the accomplishments including ongoing orders and shipments and the increase in global interest in SA coal the only long term way is up.

So, gravelman....be patient. It's all good.
