The Maldives pop. 373,000 and Indonesia pop, 260,000,000 have wave energy/microgrid potential.

Australia's west coast between Exmouth and Albany has a multitude of wave/microgrid sites, the first at Garden Island about to begin construction.

Perhaps the time is near when a new subsidiary named Carnegie Clean Energy Indian Ocean will need to be formed?
