it is a research company into wave energy. They currently have no devices deployed and are still in design and modification stage to see if they can create a effecient enough device. They also have software that predicts wave pattens and in theory when connected to a wave generating device will enable it to extract a larger % of energy than without software. They are also partnered in some other stuff but it is unclear with university etc just who gets the rights and who contributes what should they come up with anything new.

Thats my summary. Add to that that they are underfunded and without a large deep pocketed partner are unlikely to actually build and install a device in a real eergy producing scenario, Meanwhile will suck on Gocvt teat for R & D etc and try and get more areana style funding but they may have burnt taht bridge .
