Ha! This media spruiking is not seriously for the 100mw plant - if it had anything to do with it, then CCE is in no position at all to convince the SA give they'll be ready by summer. This is for the cap raising - to loosen our wallets.
I still think there are other current tender opportunities in at least SA and Vic that CCE might get in the very short term - but this bit of media puffery harks back to the CNM playbook of years gone by! Ahhh the memories.
