You lost me a little when you went from $500/ha NPBT and then started talking about a $100-$240 negative cashflow. Could you please clarify this for my simple mind.
The way i see it CCF are saying NPAT of $350 per Ha, the only cash flow issue I see after this is land aquisition. What price are you saying they are paying for land?
