    Big news - Comms Group announced a strategic review today. They are guiding to $7m of EBITDA for FY24e. Assuming a 8x sale multiple (in line with recent peer transactions), that equates to a $56m enterprise value. Deduct $8m of debt outstanding and that is a market cap of $48m, or a share price of 13c vs. 7.2c today (81% upside). What am I missing??
