It appears renewed price competition is emerging in coles and woolies between coke and pepsi - pepsi back offering 1.25l for $1 to compete with cca's attempts to move the price point back up with coke zero at 1.25l for $2.
between that and the bad news on sales from mts - i've opted out and will sit ont he sidelines until some real direction emerges.
abbott's budget has clearly damaged consumer confidence and i now feel Alison Watkins first full year results at CCA will have a 'clear the decks' narrative - probably with some large capex to overhaul existing business lines.
very interesting stock potentially - but im increasingly thinking there may be another down leg before it is upward and onward.
