Then you have production costs which are variable and depend on the amount produced, I.e. buying raw materials etc etc.

CCO have produced a graph that shows these costs and the point in which the company breaks even.

Double sales does not equal double costs, why? Because fixed costs are fixed and become a smaller percentage of the overall expenses.
