Not sure the margin is directly higher, save on drying , Labor & time?, residue can be dried, processed and concentrated for powder/pills? Good profit margin by using all of plant? Interesting to see how the economics work out.
Should abosolute lay be a market for straight product. Fijians must have been trying additives for 3000 yrs, didn't get over exited by any but if people want to buy 200% markup lolly water who am I to worry about it.
