Coles Synergy has this information, problem being is you need to be a supplier to access this.
"What data can suppliers access?You can access SCAN and COLES CUSTOMER DATA for the categories that you operate in.Both data sets use the same internal category hierarchy used by Coles, with data available across three years. Scan and Coles customer data is available for all items in a category, including visibility of competitor SKUs."
