Hey Boomor, a couple questions if you've got the time.
I'm not 100% sure how this is meant to proceed. Is the hope that the co will remain as AGX? If the waiver being sought is successful then the co remains as AGX and lodges a short form prospectus? And if not successful then a full prospectus and relisting must take place as per other RTOs?
Has there been a time frame indicated re the outcome of the waiver request?
Anything else you've uncovered in your snooping that's relevant to the process this will be going through prior to a successful acquisition? I've noticed they haven't provided any key dates yet so figure there'll be a bit of a way to go...
