I do believe that the timing of the CCP placement was partly motivated by the PNC opportunity for CCP. I think that CCP may buy the assets rather than the Company. But I don’t think they would wait for it to go in liquidation first.
If CCP were buying PNC outright they wouldn’t be announcing it in the placement announcement by using the term “making acquisitions”.
It is certainly high risk.
