Hi Gerling - I agree that virtual call centres are fairly easy to setup, however, the concern with remote work for CCP was whether it could work within privacy/security legal constraints as the CCP people have access to various credit history/financial/personal data of their customers. Good news as reported by CCP now is that they have navigated this and a large percentage of their people are now working from home This could conceivably lower operating costs going forward and enable faster growth in the USA if less office space is required post Covid19.
