I think you will find that Don McLay bought a lot of CCP during the depths of the GFC around $0.30 or there abouts.
At his age, and that massive gain, I'm fairly sure most people would be doing what he is doing - drip selling. Guy has to enjoy the fruits of his investment and manage the tax bill as well.
